I am being redirected to Mint.com for an IRA. I have a 401k and Roth 401k through my employer. Are those different than an IRA?

Retirement tax questions

Yes, they are different retirement accounts. An IRA is set up by you independent of your employer. You may be able to contribute to a 401K and an IRA. See IRS link below for contribution requirements/limits
