Yes, you are in the correct form.
To report your
retirement income:
- Log in to your return
- Click on Federal Taxes (or Personal – if you have a Business
tab)
- Click on Wages and Income (or Personal Income)
- If you have a Business tab, click on “I’ll Choose What I
Work On”
- On the Income Summary Page, scroll to Retirement Plans and
Social Security
- Click on Show More if needed
- Click the button beside IRA, 401(k), Pension Plans (1099-R)
