If you inadvertently entered in a blank 1099 on your taxes but do not need it, then you should remove it otherwise you will be required to enter information to fill out the required fields. To remove it, click on Edit to the right of it in the listing and then click Continue to enter into the topic. You will see a screen that allows you to click Delete to remove the 1099 from your return.
