I received a K-1 Form 1041 From my Mother in Laws Estate made out to my late wife's estate in which I am the PR. Do I have to report the loss on my personal taxes?

Eventually.  If the K-1 went into your late wife's estate, the estate should include it in their return (1041) and then it will pass to you and (any other beneficiaries) on a K-1 from your wife's estate.  Include that K-1 in your return.

I'm sorry for your loss.
