Go to Federal> Wages & Income>>Retirement Plans and Social Security (SSA1099 and 1099RRB) to enter your SSA1099.
You will be asked to enter the amount you paid for Medicare.

Yes, when you enter the SSA-1099 there is a box for medicare premiums. It will then go to schedule A if you have enough deductions to itemize.
This is from 2019 but should the same. Are you entering your social security on this screen?
