Can I take an IRA deduction if I currently receive a defined pension while I am still working at a job with no pension benefits and meet all the other requirements?

Retirement tax questions
Yes, as long as you have earned income and meet all the other requirements, you can take an IRA deduction.
Receiving pension income does not otherwise disqualify you from taking an IRA deduction.
