.......check the account at your IRA provider too....some people have set their accounts to only have e-forms and not mailed out....and you may have done this for your account.
I get 3 1099-R forms this year, and have to log into my accounts to download the 1099-Rs as PDF files, because I didn't want them sent by mail.
