There is a question about 2019 Taxable income, tax liability and tax forgivenes credit. Are these #s a sum of both of our 2019 PA40s?
We were not married in 2019, do we add our PA40 lines together for this screen?

No, if you were not married during that tax year then you would not combine your tax information on the same return. You would file 2 completely separate returns for 2019.
