Retirement tax questions
Thanks! I think I was confusing things with how rental income doesn't count as compensation (https://www.irs.gov/publications/p590a) and MAGI. So, if 100% of my MAGI was based on rental income, I would not be eligible to contribute to my Roth IRA. But, if the rental income takes my MAGI above the income limits, then that still counts. I think I might still be missing something, but getting slightly closer I suppose...
