This year Turbotax did not account for my asset depreciation
I have been doing my taxes using Turbo Tax for the last 10 years, this time Turbo tax did not account for my rental property depreciation which is affecting my refund. I need to know why and how this can be corrected.

This is a big glitch on TurboTax's side and if not careful customer could have lost the refund amount. Also this was not fixed automatically, customers have to do the workaround themselves which was not an easy process. TurboTax should compensate its customers by returning the fee charges for this year.

For some rental activities not all assets were carried over. Please review the link posted here for the steps needed to complete your return.
