1099-Misc / Box 2 for Royalty but schedule C or E? It's Natural Resource but your software thinks I own business but it's from TD Ameritrade
I tried enter Schedule C for same amount of Box 2 and wouldn't work. Then I tried enter 0.00 but no luck. It would be nice to have an example to know what to enter number.

Investors & landlords
Royalty income reported in box 2 of the 1099-MISC is reported on SCH E. There are no exceptions.
If you show any amount of zero in box 2, then you have absolutely nothing what-so-ever to report on SCH E or any other form, concerning that amount in box 2.
