Yes, if you are a resident of Massachusetts, you will be taxed on all of your income, no matter where you earned it. If you paid income tax to the other state, you will receive a credit for Income Taxes Paid to Another Jurisdiction. Prepare your nonresident state return first to make sure that this is handled correctly.
