Capital Gains Distributions reported on Form 1099-DIV, Box 2A should be reported on Schedule D, Line 13. On Schedule D, your Capital Gains Distributions are combined with any Short-Term or Long-Term Capital Gains or losses and this figure flows to Line 13 of your Form 1040.
To view your current year Tax Return before filing, go to Tax Tools>>Tools>>View Tax Summary>>Preview my 1040.
Please comment below if you have additional questions regarding your capital gains distributions so that I can assist you further.

Schedule B - Dividend Income Smart Worksheet. From a Form 1099-DIV that has an entry in box 2a Total Capital Gain Distributions.

Capital gains from your brokerage's form 1099-DIV (line 2a) can be downloaded directly from financial institutions or entered manually. They show up in the Interest and Dividends section of "Your 2019 Income Summary" in Turbotax (Premium) and are listed in a table under "Here's the dividend income we have so far", along with dividend income. These 1099-DIV capital gains are missing from the "Your 2019 Income Summary" page which is rather confusing. Neither are the 1099-DIV capital gains listed under the capital gains section along with form 1099-B data. However, the data is processed correctly by TurboTax and is seen under "Here's a picture of income" and is transferred correctly to Schedule D of your 1040, line 13 whereas 1099-B data is on line 8b. All should be added together on line 15. It is really necessary, for clarity next year, that TurboTax add a separate line for this 1099-DIV capital gains so we can see it on the "Your Income Summary Page". It's really frustrating when income items on the summary page don't add up to income numbers elsewhere in TurboTax.
