Dividend 401K Company Stock?

I received a dividend from my 401k for the company stock I own in the 401k. I work for a Large Bank and I own almost 1,000 shares of the Large Bank Stock in my 401K. I received a dividend of over 1,000 in October in the tax year 2018. Where in Turbo Tax do I report the dividend received? I did not receive a 1099 for this dividend.  Shouldn't I have received a 1099?

Dividends paid on stock in your 401(k) account are tax-deferred and are not reported on your personal return. You would not receive a 1099-DIV in your name.

The owner of these shares is your 401(k) account and not you personally.

If you actually "received" the dividend - cash to you - then, typically, this amount is reported on your W-2.  Check to see if that's the case.
