I realized this year that I didn't begin to depreciate one of my assets at my rental property. How do I properly do that now? (initial date was 12/5/2014)
I installed a new furnace on 12/5/2014 but I didn't add it as an asset on my taxes for 2014 or 2015. I am not sure how to add it now or if I even can add it now.
