If the insurance claim was to repair damage done to the property, you will place this Deductible under the Repairs expense in Schedule E. For Quick access to Schedule E, simple use the Search Box and click on Jump to Schedule E. You will be taken straight to your Profiles, click on the Property this applies to and you will find Expenses as a section in this page. (Please view Screenshot below)
