My self employed expenses will not delete from last year when I am trying to add in this years. How do I make sure it's not adding both 2016 and 201?

Have you tried deleting the entire Schedule C form and then adding the form again. You can delete the form in the delete a form section of TurboTax
- Login to your TurboTax online account
- Click Take me to my return or Pick up where I left off
- Click Tax Tools (located in the left side bar), then Click Tools
- Click Delete A Form in the Tools Center pop up box
- Click Delete next to the Schedule C form in the Review Forms List Screen (you may have to scroll down)
After you delete the form, go back and add the Schedule C
- In the search box (located in the upper right hand corner), type in Schedule C
- Click the Jump to Schedule C link that appears in the search results
- This will take you to the area of TurboTax to add the form again.
