Hello, Can a graduate student apply for the Hope Credit?

Education

No.   That credit---the American Opportunity Credit is only for a total of four times during your undergraduate education.   You cannot use it if you have earned a bachelors degree.   But if you are a grad student you can look at using the Lifetime Learning Credit or the Tuition and Fees deduction instead.
