For the school 1098 its for my dependent is this where I enter it because it says from the school I attended?

Yes, if the student is your dependent, you enter the 1098-T so that TurboTax can do the math and calculate an education credit if applicable. 

 

If it generates a credit, you get that credit on your tax return. 

(More expenses than scholarships)

If it generates taxable income, the student needs to claim that income on their tax return. 

(More scholarships than expenses)

It sounds like you may have accidently selected yourself as the student, rather than your dependent. If so, there is no simple fix.

 

 If you enter the wrong student, you'll have to delete all the info and start over. Go through the entire education interview until you reach a screen titled "Your Education Expenses Summary".  Click delete next to the student's name.  You'll then get the "Your Education Expenses Summary" screen again.  Click the "Add a student" button.
