Don't mix up Ohio City income tax with Ohio School District income tax (SDIT). You do NOT pay SDIT to the SD you work in. You only pay to the SD you live in. North Royalton SD 1821 is a non taxiing SD. Revere SD 7712 is also a non taxing district. So, you should not be filing an SD tax return.
To verify if you live in a school district or city with an income tax enter your address at:
http://www.tax.ohio.gov/Individual/LocalTaxInformation.aspx
Living in a non-tax district, you should not have clicked start at SD Taxes. Apparently, once you erroneously enter the School District Income Tax (SDIT) section of TurboTax (TT), you can't escape.
Go into Tax Tools (left menu bar), then Tools, then Delete form. If you delete the SD 100, the error will go away.
Alternatively, try this: when asked for a different SD #, enter any taxing district (e.g. 2305) . That should get you a screen that gives you the choice to include or exclude the SD return. Click exclude.
North Royalton has a city income tax. Revere does not.
For a list of all Ohio cities with an income tax go to http://www.tax.ohio.gov/municipalities/municipal_income_tax_forms.aspx
