Yes, you can deduct the cost by using either the Lifetime Learning Credit or if you itemize your deductions on Schedule A, include the cost in the Other Miscellaneous Deductions section of Schedule A.  However, if you chose the later, the total of your Other Miscellaneous Deductions  will have to exceed 2% of your adjusted gross income.
