Form 2210 is for underpayment of estimated taxes. This is not a form required by the IRS.
TurboTax will automatically generate a Form 2210 if your return needs it.
If you simply choose to eliminate it:
1. Go to Tax Tools
2. Select Tools
3. Choose Delete a Form
4. Find Form 2210 and select to Delete.
