The IRS knows if you received the 3rd stimulus amount. Lots of people have somehow "forgotten" the $1400 per person deposits they received. If you said that you did not get the $1400 but the IRS records show that you did, then it was removed from your refund. Check your bank records from mid-March on for deposits made for $1400, and check your online account on the IRS site
