Yes. Those are considered as out-of-pocket costs for charitable services.
I have the same expenses this year ... we may be in a similar situation. I miss the car-groups though. 🙂

Yes. Keep receipts for all tangible items you provide to the ministry.
You can also deduct mileage at 14 cents per mile driven for your ministry work.
