The instructions from Community user HACKITOFF are correct for Forms mode. If you are working in TurboTax Online, you'll need to delete any amounts on the "We need some information about your 199A income or loss" and "Let's check for some uncommon adjustments" screen, and then remove the code Z (and any amount you entered for that) on the box 20 screen.
Why your partnership would send you a K-1 with a code Z for box 20 and then tell you Section 199A information does not need to be reported is puzzling.
