You have to be signed onto your TurboTax online account and continued onto the 2019 tax return. The Tax Tools link is on the left side of the screen when you are accessing the 2019 tax return. If the left column is not visible then you have your screen minimized so that the column cannot be viewed. Click on the 3 horizontal bars at the top left of the program screen to open the left side column.
