I currently have Turbo Tax Deluxe but have to submit schedule C and form 8829 do I have to upgrade my Turbo Tax.

If I need to file Schedule C and Form 8829 do I need to upgrade from Turbo Tax Deluxe to Turbo Tax Home and Business? And If so how do I do it and get a credit for my current version?

Yes you do and if you have already paid for the Deluxe then you only pay the price differential ... just click upgrade and follow the program.
