Yes, you can file Married Filing Jointly and TurboTax will prepare a Schedule C for each of your businesses.  You will need TurboTax Self-Employed online version to prepare the return with the Schedule Cs.

Is filing for 2 sole proprietor businesses  available on the download version too? or only on the online version ? thks

Yes.  All the Desktop programs have the same forms. You just get more help and guidance in the higher versions. You should use the Home & Business Desktop Version.  Home & Business is the Desktop name for the Online Self Employed version.

For the Online web version you need to use the Self Employed version to fill out schedule C for sole proprietor self employment.  You can do more than 1 Schedule C.

Both.  You can complete multiple Schedule C's with either the online Self-Employed edition or any of the desktop editions.

Yes.

If using TurboTax online version, then you "MUST" use the most costly Self-Employed version. It's the only one of the online versions that has the SCH C in it.

If using the Desktop version, then you can use any Desktop version, as they all have SCH C in them.

Being a sole proprietor has absolutely no bearing what-so-ever on your filing status.
