My remodeling business (s-corp) has a rental duplex. The gross rental income is less that 5% of total revenue. Is the depreciable basis allowed for UBIA reporting? If so, how do I add the amount to what is already entered by TTax?. TTax (business) doesn't include the rental in its calculation. In fact, I can't figure out where the provided entry comes from.
