Hi turbotaxTMStevenC, tell me if I need to upgarde to another level of Turbotax. I tried to upggrade to the deluxe version . Apparently I am on it, but I was never charged for it. Can you verify what version I have and what version I need to have. Thank you, I am glad I got hold of a "human beeing" @ turbotax 🙂

No prob 😉 You will be charged when you finish your return, and are ready to file. The software is designed to ask leading questions that automatically step you up in to the version you need.

Got it about the payment. My wife, as a US living in Belgium since 40+ years only need to file in the 1040, 1116 and 8938. I just cannot find these files. Can you help.
Also we need to request an extended period for filing tax return, because, we need to wait until June in order to get our "income reporting". I went through the process with turbotax but was stopped because the system does not accept my home adress and my Belgian phone number.

I have done it: clicked on "get a call back" and then a windows open where you can ONLY enter a US domestic phone number................Dead end. IS THERE A WAY FOR ME TO CALL AN EXPERT OR SEND THEM AN EMAIL ? are you from turbotax or just somebody that is helping generously?
