If I have self-employment income from an LLC, can I then deduct health insurance deductible amounts?

I have an LLC with rental and farm income which generated self-employment tax.

I have health insurance via my employer, my wife is retired and via her former employer.

Can I then deduct the medical insurance deductibles paid?

Medical insurance through an employer wont qualify for the Self Employed Health Insurance Deduction.

Yes

No, since your health insurance is through an employer or in your wife's case, you cannot deduct the premiums.

Deductibles are not a business expense.  If you paid the deductibles, they would only be deductible if you are itemizing your return.  They would be included as medical expenses on your Schedule A...Not your business return.
