Do I input every individual transaction under Business Income and Expenses?

In the Business Income and Expenses, do I  input every individual transaction, or can I just add everything together and input it as one.  For example- under Business Meals, would I input every individual meal, drink, entertainment transaction, or can I just add all of them together from the whole year and input it as "meals"?

No, you just put in the total under each section (add everything together for the year and enter one amount).
