Enter your qualified health insurance premiums as a greater than 2% S-corporation owner/worker under:

  1. Log in and click Take me to my return
  2. Click Federal Taxes and then Income & Expenses (If you don't have Federal Taxes, see below)
  3. Next scroll down to Other Business Situations and click Show more
  4. Click Start/Revisit next Business Deductions and Credits
  5. Click Start/Revisit next Self-employed health insurance paid
  6. Next, you'll be able to enter your premium expenses.

If you don't have the Federal Taxes tab, select the Business tab, click Continue and then I'll choose what I work on. Scroll down to Less Common Business Situations and click Start next to Self-employed health insurance. 

Keep in mind, if you simply purchased and paid for health insurance; that will not qualify in an S-corp. The insurance plan must qualify as "established by the business". Read a great summary of this HERE.
