Enter your qualified health insurance premiums as a greater than 2% S-corporation owner/worker under:
- Log in and click Take me to my return
- Click Federal Taxes and then Income & Expenses (If you don't have Federal Taxes, see below)
- Next scroll down to Other Business Situations and click Show more
- Click Start/Revisit next Business Deductions and Credits
- Click Start/Revisit next Self-employed health insurance paid
- Next, you'll be able to enter your premium expenses.
If you don't have the Federal Taxes tab, select the Business tab, click Continue and then I'll choose what I work on. Scroll down to Less Common Business Situations and click Start next to Self-employed health insurance.
Keep in mind, if you simply purchased and paid for health insurance; that will not qualify in an S-corp. The insurance plan must qualify as "established by the business". Read a great summary of this HERE.
