I am a REALTOR and I formed an LLC for protection from potential suites. On my W-9 should I list as C=C corporation, S=S corporation or P= partnership?

You should list it as whichever one it is. If you don't know you need to speak with an attorney who can advise you as, for taxes, it makes a big difference.

You could even be none of them. If you are a single member LLC that has not elected to be an S-Corp you are a disregarded entity and file it as a schedule C in your personal tax return. Did you get a separate EIN for your LLC or do you just use your SSN?
If your LLC is setup as any of those other business entities you will need to file a separate business return like a 1065 Partnership/LLC or 1120-C or 11-20 S corp return. Only you know what kind of LLC you set up.

Did you read the instructions? From the VERY limited amount of information you gave, I suspect it is NONE of those, and you would only check the first box.
