At Fidelity we have both qualified and non-qualified. I CAN import non-qual. When I try the similar steps to import Qual, I never get to the import screen; instead, the next screen is the manual entry.
NOTE: If you are thinking the issue may be that items are not available yet, that is a totally different issue: I do get a message if imports are not ready. (EX: this week when I use Turbotax to import Non-qual at Vanguard, we get a message that says "No Documents currently available for Import" AND it shows with forms will be available Feb 14, 2024.) I do NOT get that for qual.
