Entering RRSP distribution and foreign tax paid from NR4 as a US resident

I closed and withdrew all the funds from my Canadian RRSP in 2017.  I'm lost on how to enter it into Turbotax.

I've tried entering as a distribution of my Canadian RRSP but then I can't figure out how to get the foreign tax credit.

Other posts suggest using SSA-1099.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Deductions & credits

To enter the NR4, treat it as if it is a SSA-1099 and enter it in the Retirement Plans and Social Security section, under ‘Social Security (SSA-1099, RRB-1099)’.

Then, go to the Deductions and Credits section and select Foreign Taxes under ‘Estimates and Other Taxes Paid’ to enter any foreign tax you already paid to Canada on that income
