Are moving expenses deductible? employer paid for it and put it all in paycheck as taxable income ((17K+4K moving expenses) + 7K as tax assistance) all in box1 in W2

Employer move us to another state, we are going to be here for 2 years. employer added 17K+4K for moving expenses + 7K as tax assistance in the paycheck. taxes were paid for the 28K. all 28K are accounted in box 1 in W2.
can we deduct this?

Deductions & credits

No.  Moving expenses except for members of the military have been eliminated as a deduction by the new tax law.
