Bug in Federal review screen. I have chosen Foreign Address but US city is getting filled due to which its not allowing to e-file as its ask to clear the disabled field(US city).

TurboTax Federal Free Edition cannot be registered or e-filed with a foreign address. If you will be using a foreign address, you will have to upgrade to a paid product ( at a minimum, PLUS).
