To enter daycare expenses in TurboTax Deluxe do the following:
- Federal Taxes > Deductions & Credits > Scroll Down to > You and Your Family

Select > Show more > Child and Dependent Care Credit > Select > Start
- Follow through the screens answering as appropriate
