Can a new New real estate agent claim classes and expenses of set up?

I had to take about 750.00 in classes, purchase a 2,000.00 computer and pay about 600.00 in expenses already for services such as MLS membership and realtor dues.  Are these able to be claimed if I am just getting started?

Yes, all these expenses can be considered business related expenses and be claimed if your intent is to work and earn money as an independent licensed real estate professional.
