Yes, you can if you meet the 2018 requirements.  See the article below.  It will be deducted on line 8 on Schedule A.  

With the new tax reform TCJA, Congress has doubled the standard deduction from the previous's amount.  If your standard deduction exceeds the total itemized deduction, which includes the mortgage interest, you will not be able to claim.
