Did you enter travel expense, mileage, or TurboTax fees? 

If you have a description with no amount, that could cause the message.  Log back into your return and click on Federal, then Deductions & Credits.   Look at Employment Expenses and Other Miscellaneous Deductions.  If you had any of the expenses mentioned below last year, but not this year, you may need to remove a description.

Miscellaneous Itemized Deductions are subject to a limitation in the amount of 2% of your Adjusted Gross Income (Line 37 of your Form 1040).

Some of the deductions that fall in this category are unreimbursed employee expenses (such as mileage, travel expense, etc.) and tax preparation fees.
