The reason I asked was because I already saw the Maryland State tax page (linked here).... it says you can take the EIC credit on Maryland state taxes if everything is the same except the age disqualifier on the federal tax. However, the TurboTax program says the Maryland State EIC is based on the Federal tax EIC and since I was disqualified from that I can’t take the EIC on the Maryland state tax. So which one is correct?
