Your Form 1098 information is entered into the Federal section and then this entry transfers over to your State return. To update this information in TurboTax, please take the following steps:
1.) Federal
2.) Deductions and Credits
3.) Your Home
4.) Mortgage Interest, Refinancing, and Insurance (Form 1098)
There will be a screen within this section that asks about points paid (see screenshot)
