We moved from/to a new primary home (VA to NC). There is only one place for property taxes listed in Turbo - do I add the prop tax paid togerher?

Yes, you can add the property tax together for personal real estate taxes (your two homes) and enter them in the property tax section if the amounts were not already entered into TurboTax as amounts reported on a 1098 (mortgage) form.
