If you are self-employed follow the steps below. If you are a W2 employee, your vehicle is not tax deductible under the new tax laws.
To Enter your self-Employed Vehicle expenses click the following:
- Federal
- Income and Expenses
- Edit/Add next to Self-Employment income and expenses
- Review next to the business
- Click Add Expenses for this work
- Scroll down click Vehicle Expenses
- Continue
