Deductions & credits

If you are using the desktop product, go to the top menu bar in Step-by-Step mode where it says View. Click on View, then click on Forms underneath it.

You will see a list of forms like that in the screenshot of a test return below. Down on the bottom left is "8889-T", which is the 8889 for the taxpayer (8889-S would be for the spouse).

Of course, this form will appear only if you have a code W in box 12 of your W-2 or have entered the HSA interview (Federal->Deductions & Credits->Medical->HSA MSA Contributions) to indicate that you have an HSA. If the form 8889-T does not appear, then you have likely already deleted the HSA information (if that was your goal).

And note that this Forms mode is not available in the Online product.
