Please follow these steps to get back to the question:
- Click "Wages & Income" (under Federal) on the left
- Scroll down and click "Show more" next to "Other Common Income"
- Scroll down and click "Start/ Revisit" next to "Refunds Received for State/Local Tax Returns"
- Click "Done" on the "State and Local Tax Refund Summary" screen.
- Make the correct selection on the "Let's See if Your 2021 XXX Refund Is Taxable"
