Yes, you enter all the property taxes paid for both of your "Main Home(s)" on the screen labeled "Enter the Property Taxes Your Paid" under Main Home in TurboTax Deluxe.

If you right click on the Your Main Home input field and select "Add supporting details" you can enter the individual amounts in the supporting details sheet so you'll always know where that number came from.
