In the top right corner, in the Search field type schedule b foreign accounts and trusts. A Jump to link will be displayed. Click on it and proceed answering the questions.
Sometimes, Jump to doesn't work. Then go to Federal - Income and Expenses - Interest & Dividends. Then click on 1099-OID, Foreign Accounts.
